Chinese characters is one of the world's oldest ideogram. It has thousands of years ago, It is the Chinese national culture has made the indelible historical contributions. From the original oracle to today's regular script, Chinese characters form change constantly. Throughout the development process of Chinese characters form structure, it is not difficult to explore to influence the evolution of Chinese characters form internal cause. In this paper, the factors influencing the evolution of the Chinese characters form the inner, such as writing materials, orthodoxy and writing to explore psychological factors do.%汉字是世界上历史最悠久的表意文字。它的产生距今已数千年之久，为中华的民族文化做出了不可磨灭的历史贡献。从最初的甲骨文发展到现今使用最为广泛的楷书，汉字的形体不断变化。纵观汉字形体结构的发展流程，不难探究到影响汉字形体演变的内因。本文就影响汉字形体演变的内在因素如书写材料、正统思想和书写者的心理因素等方面作些探讨。
