心理咨询在军校思想政治工作中的运用

The Army school ’s ideological and political workers found this psychological consultation model in strengthening and improving Army school’s ideological and political work, Psychological con-sultation and Army school’s ideological and political work has some correlation, This paper analyzed the relationship between Psychological Consultation and Army school’s ideological and political work, and tried to blend the principles and skills of psychological consultation into Army school’s ideological and political work,which offered better sources of reference for the effective operating and improving of Army school’s ideological and political work.%军校思想政治工作者在加强和改进军校思想政治工作的过程中发现了心理咨询这一模式。心理咨询与军校思想政治工作有一定的相关性，本文通过对比心理咨询与军校思想政治工作的异同，针对目前军校思想政治干部普遍感觉到的工作形式单一、手段方式欠缺等问题，试图把心理咨询的原理和方法引入军校思想政治工作中，为军校思想政治工作的有效开展和提升提供更好的方法论借鉴。
