城乡基础差异是造成大学生基本素质差异的重要原因。针对差异，寻找学生基本素质教育新的切入点，可以使我们的教育因人而异、因群而异。为此，应重点从思想道德、文化、业务、身心等基本素质方面，分别对城乡学生有所侧重地进行教育，并采取突出个性化教育、城乡学生的相互融汇、社会实践、开展创业指导等有效方法使素质教育更切实际，行之有效。%The difference in the Urban_rural basis in the major reason which causes quality differences of college students. A waring of this differences would help us find the access to quality education and also, make our education oriented to different people. So, students should be educated emphasizly in the aspects of morality culture, speciality psychology and health auording to their actual conditions. And taking some measures such as highlighting personality education, waxing urban and rural students, making social praclise, having pre_work, guide can make quality education more practical and effective.
