21世纪高职高专建筑工程专业人才培养目标对素质教育及能力培养的要求

摘要

探讨21世纪高职高专建筑工程专业对素质教育和能力培养的要求，提出“以素质教育为基础，能力培养为目标”的人才培养模式，介绍为实现培养目标而进行的教学改革。%Reachered on quality and ability requirements of highervocational college in Architecture Engineering speciality. This paper presents a students' doveloping model “developing ability on the basis of quality education”. It also introduces teaching reforms, for the purpose of realizing the requirements.
