一种三唑三甲基锡衍生物的合成和结构研究

         

摘要

In this article, we mainly study the synthesis reaction of a sulphur and three heterocyclic nitrogen atoms ligand molecules, 3 - mercapto - 4 - methyl - 1,2,4 - triazol and trimethyltin chloride, and the crystal structure of the products is characterized by the X -ray diffraction. The ligand has three teeth coordination possibilities. Sulfur atoms and heterocyclic nitrogen atoms can coordinate. Here we mainly synthesize the compound 1 :Me3Sn[ SCaH4N3 ] ,and then the product was characterized by elemental analysis,IR and I HNMR to determine its property. The results show that the central tin atoms of the compound is five - coordinated with distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry, through the intramolecular covalent bond of Sn - S and the intermolecular coordination bond of Sn←N to form one - dimensional infinite chain structure. The biological activity and selectivity of the compound mainly depend on the trialkyl of the tin.%对含有一个巯基和三个杂环氮原子的配体3-巯基-4-甲基-1,2,4-三唑与三甲基氯化锡的合成反应及其产物的X-射线衍射结构进行了系统的研究.从结构上看,这个配体具有三齿配位的可能性.巯基硫原子和杂环氮原子(含有双键的两个氮原子)都可以配位.这里我们主要是合成化合物1:Me3Sn[SC3H4N3],然后运用元素分析、IR、^1HNMR等手段对其结构进行了表征,以确定产物的性能.结果表明:三甲基锡-1,2,4-三唑为以氮原子作桥联的五配位聚合结构化合物,化合物的生物活性和生物选择性主要取决于锡原子上的三烃基.锡为五配位的三角双锥构型,而且通过分子内的Sn—S共价键和分子间的Sn←N配位键形成了一维的无限链状结构.
