为了能在电梯安全部件测试过程中精确的估算出模拟轿厢的速度,提出了一种基于卡尔曼滤波的估算方法。首先构造基于卡尔曼滤波的数据融合模型,然后采集测试过程中的模拟轿厢位移与加速度数据,利用数据融合模型处理位移与加速度数据的冗余信息,进而得到模拟轿厢的速度的最优估计;最后采用数值模拟的方式验证了该方法便于实现并具有较高的精度。%To obtain the velocity of elevator car precisely during the process of elevator safety component test, a method of estimation based on Kalman filter is proposed. At first, a data fusion model is constructed based on Kalman filter;then the acceleration data and translation data are acquired during the test process; at last redundant information of acceleration data and translation data is utilized to estimate the velocity of elevator car optimally. Computer simulation shows that the presented method is achieved easily and highly accurate.
