文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,以漳州职业技术学院200名体育舞蹈选修课学生为研究对象,试图初步建立高职院校体育舞蹈选修课教学内容体系的架构。研究结论主要有:高职院校学生体育舞蹈选修课程教学内容应选择拉丁舞为第一梯队,标准舞为第二梯队;恰恰舞和伦巴舞教学内容应选择基本步、基本步组合以及单人花样套路;华尔兹和探戈教学内容应选择基本步、基本步组合以及铜银牌套路。%By using the literature material method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics methods, and taking 200 students from Zhangzhou Institute of Technology who takes the sports dance elective course as the research objects, the article tries to establish a teaching contents system of sports dance elective course in higher vocational colleges. The research conclusions are:the teaching contents of sports dance elective course of higher vocational college students should choose Latin Dance as the first echelon and Ballroom as the second echelon; the teaching contents of Cha-cha and Rumba should choose the basic steps, the basic steps combination and the single figure routines; the teaching contents of Waltz and Tango should choose the basic steps, the basic steps combination and the silver-bronze medal routines.
