高职学生顶岗实习与农村小学教师培训双赢模式的研究--以江门职业技术学院英语教育专业为例

本文通过分析高职院校英语教育专业学生到农村小学顶岗实习并置换其英语教师到高职院校培训进修的成功案例，肯定了这一模式的可行性，分析了顶岗实习模式可以实现双赢的可能性，并提出了具体操作过程中可能存在的问题，同时为提高这种双赢合作模式的质量和实效性提出了解决办法。%On analyzing the successful cooperation between the in-post internship for the English educa⁃tion majors from higher vocational colleges and the training of primary school teachers from countryside, the ar⁃ticle affirms the possibility of the win-win mode, points out the problems and puts forwards the solutions in or⁃der to improve the quality and effect of the mode.
