商务秘书人才培养的双向评价与教学改革对策——以集美大学商务秘书专业方向为个案

             

摘要

The key problems for the secretary education in college are how to improve teaching level,and how to optimize the curriculum system.In this paper,from the point of reform in curriculum system and practical teaching system,some bi-directional investigations on college students and secretary employees are explored.The result shows that the bi-directional requirement about the cultivation of talented business secretary is coincident: the curriculum system and practical teaching should gear to the society's demand and be integrated.Based on this finding,four corresponding teaching reforms are described in detail.%目前我国高校秘书学教育的核心问题是提高人才培养层次,进一步优化课程体系和深化教学改革。以集美大学商务秘书专业方向为个案,从课程体系与实践教学两个维度对在校生群体与企业方进行双向评价实证研究,结果显示双方对商务秘书人才培养的内在要求有很大的一致性,主要是理论教学与实践教学如何与社会需求系统对接、有机融合。参照调研结果寻求相应教学改革对策。
