单晶体材料WTe2的Raman光谱

         

摘要

利用波长为532 nm 的激光分别沿单晶体材料 WTe2的 b 轴和 c 轴进行激发获得相应的 Raman 光谱,结合第一性原理计算,对两种激发条件下单晶体材料 WTe2的 Raman 光谱进行研究,并根据单晶体材料 WTe2的偏振 Raman 光谱及理论计算结果,分别对测量获得单晶体材料 WTe2的 Raman 光谱进行归属。实验结果表明,沿单晶体材料 WTe2的 b 轴比 c 轴激发获得的 Raman 光谱变化明显。%The corresponding Raman spectra were obtained by usingλ=532 nm laser excitation with the incident laser beam direction parallel to the b-axis and c-axis of the single crystal material WTe2 , respectively.Based on the first-principles calculations,we studied the Raman spectra of the single crystal material WTe2 under two excitation conditions.We gave a tentative assignment on the Raman spectra of the single crystal material WTe2 based on the theoretical calculation and the polarized Raman spectra of WTe2 .Experimental results show that the Raman spectra of the single crystal material WTe2 excited by the incident laser beam direction parallel to the b-axis have more significant changes than those obtained by the excitation along the c-axis.
