不动杆菌与假单胞菌对17β-雌二醇r的协同降解特性

         

摘要

分别用纯培养与模拟培养法考察不动杆菌LM1与假单胞菌LY1组成的复合菌对17β-雌二醇(E2)的协同降解特性.结果表明:当细胞数量比为1时,复合菌对E2的降解率分别为菌株LM1和LY1单独作用的2.2倍和2.6倍,降解过程中菌株LM1和LY1的细胞数量比趋于1;在28℃,150 r/min条件下培养7 d后,复合菌对初始质量浓度为1,5,10,20 mg/L的E2降解率分别为99.6%,97%,93%,85%;当培养基中氯化钠添加的质量分数为3.5%时,复合菌对E2的降解率显著下降(p<0.05);在25℃时复合菌对鸡粪、猪粪及土壤样品中E2的降解率分别为对照组的2.7,3.0,2.8倍.即由菌株LM1和LY1组成的复合菌可通过协同作用降解E2.%The synergistic degradation characteristics of 17β-estradiol (E2 )by compound bacteria containing Acinetobacter LM1 and P seudomonas LY1 were investigated by using pure and simulated culture methods, respectively. The results show that when the cell number ratio was 1, the degradation rate of E2 by compound bacteria was 2.2 and 2.6 times higer than that of strain LM1 and LY1,respectively,and the cell number ratio of strain LM1 and LY1 tended to be 1 in the process of degradation.The degradation rates of E2 with initial mass concentrations of 1,5,10,20 mg/L compound bacteria were 99.6%,97%,93%, 85% under conditions of 28 ℃ and 150 r/min, respectively.The degradation rate of E2 was significantly decreased by compound bacteria when the mass fraction of NaCl was 3.5% in the culture media (p < 0.05 ).The degradation rates of E2 in chicken manure,pig manure and soil samples by compound bacteria were 2.7,3.0 and 2.8 times higer than that of the control group at 25 ℃.Therefore,the compound bacteria composed of strains LM1 and LY1 could degrade E2 by synergistic action.
