转化生长因子β1对兔角膜基质细胞胶原降解代谢的影响

摘要

Objective:To observe the effect of TGF-β1 on collagen degradation of rabbit keratocytes.Methods:The activity of collagen degradation of keratocytes with three-dime nsional culture in collagen gel was determined with spectrophotometer.Results:TGF-β inhibited collagen degradation of keratocytes in dose-dependent manner.Conclusion:The present result suggests that TGF-β1 has the inhibitory effect on collagen degradation of keratocytes and may help in the treatment of corneal ulceration.%目的：观察转化生长因子β1对角膜基质细胞胶原降解作用的影响。方法：角膜基质细胞三维胶原凝胶表面分别添加含纤溶酶原(100 mg/L)及不同浓度(0、0.1 、1.0和10.0 μg/L)转化生长因子β1的MEM液，培养24 h，测定培养液中羟脯氨酸含量 做为胶原降解活性。结果：转化生长因子β1以剂量依赖关系减少角膜基质细胞胶原降解。结论：转化生长因子β1抑制角膜基质细胞胶原降解，可能有助于角膜溃疡的治疗。
