Objective To study the clinical effect of the retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephroureterectomy for the treatment of the renal pelvis carcinoma. Methods The data of 38 cases from affiliated hospital of Yanbian uni-versity who underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephroureterectomy were analysed retrospecitively,and 18 cases was left renal pelvis carcinoma while 20 was right. Results For 38 patients the operations were completed suc-cessfully and no case of transfer to open. The operation time lasted 150~220 min and the blood loss was 50~300 mL during the operation. The intestinal function was recovered in 1~3 days. The patients were followed up for 3 months to 12 months. One patients had recurrence in bladder tumor and had transurethral resection of bladder tumor in time,and had bladder perfusion and local chemotherapy after operation. No postoperative recurrence of incision implantation. Conclusion The retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephroureterectomy is characterized by minimal invasion,less blood loss,short operation time,quicker recovery and less complications,which suitable for clinical application.%目的 探讨腹膜后腹腔镜治疗肾盂癌的临床疗效. 方法 分析延边大学附属医院泌尿外科腹膜后腹腔镜肾盂癌根治术38例的临床资料,其中左侧肾盂癌18例;右侧肾盂癌20例. 结果 38例手术均获成功,术中未出现中转开放病例,手术时间120~220 min,平均160 min;术中出血量50~300 mL,平均180mL;术后1~3 d恢复肠道功能;随访3~12个月,其中再发膀胱癌1例,及时行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术,术后行定期膀胱灌注局部化疗,术后未再发局部复发及切口种植. 结论 腹膜后腹腔镜治疗肾孟癌具有损伤小、术中出血少、手术时间短、术后恢复快、术后并发症少等优点,适合临床推广.
