METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF FIVE-YEARS SURVIVAL WITHOUT PROGRESS OF TUMOR IN PATIENTS WITH CANCER OF RENAL PELVIS AFTER RADICAL SURGICAL TREATMENT

A method for prediction of five-year survival without progress of tumor in patients with cancer of renal pelvis after radical surgical treatment through investigation of histological preparations of operative material of tumor dyed with hematoxylin and eosin and monoclonal antibodies to Ki-67 of cells. At that additionally histological preparations are dyed with monoclonal antibodies to CK7 and CK20, with scanning with automated or manual method the whole area of tumor tissue section, with reveal in lumen of lymphatic and/or blood vessels of structurally preserved tumor cells that express CK+, CK20+ and Ki-67+, and at absence of such tumor cells five-year survival without progress of tumor is predicted.
