大豆叶片主要营养物质含量及对实夜蛾幼虫取食和发育历期的影响∗

     

摘要

The effects of 6 soybean varieties on feeding amount and larval developmental duration of Heliothis viriplaca were studied and content of main nutrients was also detected. The results showed that there were significant differences among content of soybean nutrients. Jiyu 67 had the highest content of soluble sugar while jinong 20 had the highest content of soluble protein. The developmen⁃tal duration and feeding amount of larvae were also different on different soybean varieties. The lar⁃gest feeding amount of the whole larval period was changnong 16 ( 101�68 cm2 ) and that of jinong 20 (65�17 cm2) was the least. Changnong 16 had the longest developmental duration (18�02 d) and that of jiyu 55 was the shortest (15�29 d). Higher content of soluble sugar stimulated larvae to feed more and their developmental duration was thus shortened. On the contrary, higher content of soluble protein caused the decrease of feeding amount and their developmental duration was pro⁃longed. In conclusion, changnong 23 and jinong 20 showed stronger resistance to Heliothis viriplaca, for larval feeding amount on them was smaller than that of others.%在室内条件下研究了6个品种大豆叶片对实夜蛾幼虫取食和发育历期的影响,并检测了豆叶主要营养物质的含量。结果表明:不同大豆品种营养物质含量间差异显著,可溶性糖含量最高的品种是“吉育67”,可溶性蛋白含量最高的是“吉农20”。幼虫在不同品种豆叶上的取食量和发育历期也存在差异,在“长农16”上取食量最大,为101�68 cm2,在“吉农20”上取食量最小,为65�17 cm2;在“长农16”上,发育历期最长为18�02 d,在“吉育55”上发育历期最短,为15�29 d。大豆叶片可溶性糖含量增加能刺激实夜蛾幼虫取食量增加,发育历期降低;可溶性蛋白含量增加可减少幼虫取食,发育历期延长。在供试品种中,“长农23”和“吉农20”对实夜蛾的抗性较强,表现为幼虫取食量较少。
