基于职业生涯规划视角的大学生思想政治教育体系的构建--以在杭高校为例

Such problems exist in present undergraduates'ideological and political education as weak sense self development,bottlenecks of traditional ideological and political education,bad educational environment and unfavorable impact from rapid urban development.Endeavors should be made to give play to career planning ed-ucation's roles in ideological and political education to make it the strong impetus and effective tools for ideological and political education,and the inherent requirement of students‘growth.Meanwhile undergraduates should be guided to cultivate their development concept based on the career planning course and seek their own ways towards the success based on good examples.Moreover a favorable atmosphere should be created through joint efforts to support ideological and political education.%当前大学生自我发展意识淡薄，传统思想政治教育遇到发展瓶颈，思想政治教育工作缺乏优良的育人环境，城市的快速发展对高校思想政治教育构成冲击，这都是大学生思想政治教育工作面临的问题。应进一步发挥大学生职业生涯规划教育对思想政治教育工作的效用：以生为本，让职业生涯规划成为思想政治教育的最大推动力；主动追求，让职业生涯规划成为学生成长发展的内在要求；挖掘潜力，让职业生涯规划成为思想政治教育的得力工具。在基于职业生涯规划视角进行高校思想政治教育工作创新时，应以课程为主导，让广大学生牢固树立职业生涯规划发展的理念；对照榜样，让大学生在思想政治教育中寻找成功路径；动员全员参与，形成思想政治教育工作的全新合力。
