一种集气管压力的智能控制策略

         

摘要

A site of synthesized intelligent control strategy was proposed based on the gas collecting process of coke ovens having the features of large disturbance,close coupling and non-linearity.Fuzzy control with taking correcting factor was adopted in single gas collector pipe,then decoupling rules was given in set and between sets separately of gas collector pipe,and expert control was used in the manifold suction according to the features of butterfly-valve and production experience.The practical application showed that the intelligent control strategy could ensure the rapidity、stability and cordination for the adjustment of the pressure control system,while the method has a good anti-disturbance ability to external interference.%针对焦炉集气管过程扰动大、耦合严重、非线性等特点,提出一套综合智能控制策略。针对单集气管过程采用带修正因子的模糊控制,分别对集气管组内和组间引入解耦规则,总管吸力根据蝶阀特性和生产经验采用专家控制。实际应用表明,该智能控制策略实现了压力控制系统的快速性、稳定性和协调性,同时对外界扰动具有良好的抑制能力。
