二十年以来农村教师流失问题研究综述

摘要

The key issueof rural education is teachers. The erosion of teachers in rural schools has seriously influenced the improvement of quality of education in the rural areas,and the balanced development of basic education in urban and rural areas. From the literature since the 90s,the researches are more about the conditions,reasons and countermeasures of the issue;Besides,the depth goes on strengthening. This paper mainly classifies,summarizes the ideas and researches on the e-rosion of teachers at home and abroad,and finds out the shortcomings of the existing researches and the focus of the resear-ches in future,hoping that people can know about the relevance and get some draws.%农村教育的关键是教师问题。农村教师的流失影响着农村教育质量的提高，严重制约了城乡义务教育的均衡发展。从二十年以来的文献来看，关于农村教师流失问题的研究，现状、原因和对策类的较多；而且，研究的深度在不断加强。本文主要对国内外农村教师流失问题的研究进行了梳理与概括，并提出现有研究存在的不足及今后研究的重点，以期人们能够了解相关研究，从中得到某些借鉴。
