大学生弱势群体社会支持、心理韧性与职业自我效能的关系研究

         

摘要

通过实证研究得出,大学生弱势群体的社会支持总水平与心理韧性总体情况显著低于大学生非弱势群体。针对492名自认属于大学生弱势群体的学生社会支持分析发现,这一群体在专业、家庭结构和家庭教养方式上均存在差异;在对大学生弱势群体的心理韧性分析中发现,则存在家庭教养方式上的差异;大学生弱势群体的社会支持与心理韧性呈显著正相关,其中对支持的利用度对心理韧性的影响最大。通过分析大学生弱势群体的社会支持和心理韧性,能够很好预测职业自我效能;社会支持不仅能够直接影响职业自我效能,而且还可以通过心理韧性间接影响职业自我效能。%Through empirical research , social support for disadvantaged college students and their mental toughness are significantly lower than those of non-disadvantaged college students .Study of the social support for 492 college students w ho regard themselves as disadvantaged students show s that there are differences in the professional ,family structures and parenting style among them and a-nalysis of their mental toughness suggests that there are differences in parenting styles for them . There is a significant positive correlation between the social support for disadvantaged college students and their mental toughness and how to use the social support affects most their mental toughness .So-cial support for them and their mental toughness can well predict their career self-efficacy .Social sup-port can not only directly affect their career self-efficacy ,but also indirectly affect it through their mental toughness .
