1949年前留德法学博士的学习和影响

摘要

There were many Chinese Students with Doctor Title from German Universities before 1949,some of them studied law in Germany,and they played an important role in the legal education,legal construction in China and cultural exchanges between China and Germany.This paper attempts to analysis study life,research ideas and topics,their efforts to the construction of the legal system in China also to analyze the influencing factors which impact their role in China.%在获得德国大学博士学位的留德学生中有不少学习法学的学生，他们为中国法学教育、法制建设和中德文化交流作出了巨大的贡献。本文尝试以二战前在德国荣获法学博士的中国学人为主线，分析留学人员的留学生活、研究理念和题目、学成后对于中国法制建设的努力，从而探讨留德法学博士在知识传播和制度建设以及文化交流方面做出的成就，同时分析影响他们发挥更大作用的因素。
