从欧盟与我国有关法规的对比看有效防止食品非法添加的途径

     

摘要

With the speed-up of pace of life and increasingly development of life level,people grow a risingly need for instant and convenient food and semi-finished food.In realistic food processing technology,many additives are used for ensuring the nutrition,freshness and taste of food and extending the shelf life.However,many problems like ultra-limited volume,overrange and illegal adding are emerged in food processing,which brings many safety loopholes and arouses close social attention.This thesis discusses why those situations happen and uses EU's experience in food industry,production of food additives and security supervision for reference.And it lists the related regulations and laws in additive between EU and China for comparison and analysis,by which we can discuss the approaches of preventing food from being added illegally.%随着人们生活节奏的加快和生活水平的不断提高,人们对方便卫生的成品及半成品食品的需求量越来越大。在现实食品加工工艺中,经常会使用添加剂,以保证食品的营养、新鲜、味美、延长保质期等。但是在食品添加的过程中存在超限量、超范围以及非法添加等问题,带来诸多食品安全隐患,引起了社会的高度关注。文章对于出现此现状的原因进行了探讨,并借鉴食品工业发达、在食品添加剂的生产以及安全监管也比较成熟的欧盟经验,分别列出欧盟和我国在食品添加剂方面的相关的法律法规,进行对比分析,据此探讨防止食品非法添加的途径。
