鞘内注射化疗药物治疗急性T淋巴细胞白血病的护理

摘要

Objective: To explore the nurses to acute T lymphocyte leukemia under treatment of chemotherapeutics intrathecal injection. Methods: Take nurses to the patient under treatment of chemotherapeutics intrathecal injection before, in the middle and after the operation. Results: Before the operation, to take good psychological nurses and operation preparation; during the operation, to take good body position nurses and observe the patient's conditon closly; after the operation, pay atiention to skin nurses and pain nurses of puncture point are the guarantee to success of the treatment. Conclusion : The good nurses can assist the therapeutic effect of acute T lymphocyte leukemia patient.%目的：探讨经鞘内注射化疗药物治疗急性T淋巴细胞白血病的护理。方法：对进行鞘内注射化疗药物的患者实施有效的术前、术中及术后护理。结果：认为术前做好心理护理及术前准备,术中做好体位护理,密切观察病情,术后注意穿刺点处皮肤护理及疼痛护理是鞘内注射治疗成功的保证。结论：对鞘内注射化疗药物患者的良好护理有助于提高急性T淋巴细胞白血病患者的治疗效果。
