加强油田矿区经营性出租场所管理的几点思考

Under the new normal of development-oriented transformation aimed at improving quality and raising effi‐ciency and low oil price worldwide ,it is crucial to further promote reform and development of Jianghan Oilfield by strengthening management in trading lease place ,making full use of its available resources ,improving the records of lease place ,clearing away potential safety hazard and regulating market operation order .%在油田以提高质量和效益为中心的转型发展新常态及国际低油价的形势下，加强对油田矿区经营性出租场所的管理，整合出租资源，完善出租屋（场所）档案，统一租金，消除安全隐患，规范市场经营秩序，对进一步促进油田的改革与发展具有现实意义。
