PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workplace management system capable of efficiently performing power saving on the basis of each building or multiple buildings.;SOLUTION: In a workplace management system 1, a workplace management server 101 collects tenant schedule information 420 from a tenant terminal 410 and stores it in a tenant DB 110, and it also collects information relating to each energy consumption for building facilities of each building 200 and stores it in a building DB 120 along with weather information. Then, the workplace management server 101 refers to the building DB 120 to predict the next-day energy consumption for the building facilities on the basis of a next-day weather condition collected from a weather forecasting company server 610, and determines a workplace to be used by a tenant 400 on the next day, on the basis of information on the predicted energy consumption and the tenant schedule information 420, so as to reduce the energy consumption for building facilities.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
