浅谈高等职业院校学生职业核心能力的培养

摘要

With the development of the society and the progress of science and technology, the measure of the society for talents and talent values are changing. The progress of science and technology and the modernization of production, put forward higher requirements to the real labor ability and comprehensive quality. At present, China's higher vocational education talent cultivation and the professional requirements of the society still has some distance. This paper put forward some opinions for the cultivation of higher vocational colleges, the core competence of the students' vocational.%随着社会的发展和科技的进步，社会对人才的衡量标准和人才价值观念发生着变化。科技的进步及生产的现代化，对现实劳动力的动手能力和综合素质也必然提出更高更新的要求。目前我国高职教育人才的培养与社会职业岗位的要求尚有一些距离。本文就高等职业院校学生职业核心能力培养方面，提出一些见解。
