本文以西南财经大学天府学院的教学理念为契入点来探讨团体辅导在大学生职业生涯规划与发展教育中的应用过程及其意义，旨在进一步做好对大学生的职业指导。%Based on the southwestern university of finance and economics of tianfu college teaching idea as entry point to explore group guidance in college students' career planning and development process and its significance in application of education and aims to do a better job of career guidance for university students.
