构建以职业能力为本位的高职校本课程开发研究--以南京交通职业技术学院为例

课程改革与建设是当前高职教育发展的核心所在，而校本课程的合理开发则是提高高职教育教学质量的关键举措。因此，构建以职业能力为本位的高职校本课程，有效改善了教学效果，也进一步提高了学生的就业竞争力。%Curriculum reform is the core of the current higher vocational education development and construction, and the development of school-based curriculum is the key to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education. Therefore, to build higher vocational school-based curriculum in vocational ability as the standard, effectively improve the teaching effect, also further improve the employment competitiveness of students.
