武警学院校队合力育人制度的深度剖析--以武警学院专升本干部学员为例

From the current situation of police college team cooperation education, analyzing the necessity and urgency of the implementation of team ability education, analyzes the effect of system construction, organization, cooperation resources play the symmetries of team cooperation education become obstacles, the team cooperation education methods and countermeasures from the teaching level and management level, establish institutions and forces linking system, double tutors students practice, establish student files system, teachers' participation in management system.%从武警学院校队合作育人的现状入手，分析实施校队合力育人的必要性和紧迫性，剖析了制度建设、组织机构作用发挥、合作资源的对称性等成为校队合作育的障碍因素，从教学层面和管理层面提出了校队合作育人方法和对策，建立院校与部队的联系制度，学员实习的双导师制，建立学员档案制度，教员参与管理制度等。
