高职旅游管理专业学生顶岗实践教学改革分析--以江阴职业技术学院为例

The higher occupation education is to Cultivate Senior occupation skill talent cradle, in recent years our country various vocational schools are trying to through the higher occupation education reform to strengthen teaching practice module, and post practice is the simplest, best practice teaching method. This paper analyses the Jiangyin Polytechnic College tourism management professional working methods to reform the practical teaching, and summarizes the teaching practice quality.%高等职业教育是培养高级职业技能人才摇篮，近些年来我国各类高职学校都在试图通过高等职业教育的实践改革加强教学中的实践模块，而顶岗实践是实践教学改革最简单、最好的方法。本文分析江阴职业技术学院旅游管理专业的顶岗实践教学改革的方法，并总结了这套顶岗实践做法的优劣。
