产品召回制度研究

摘要

美国是世界上第一个制定缺陷产品召回制度的国家，并最先应用于汽车。产品召回制度把对消费者的保护放在第一位，从确立以来，便获得广泛的关注，逐步得到推广，英国、日本等几个发达国家都制定了产品召回制度。本文从产品召回制度的概括着手，探讨建立产品召回制度的必要性，剖析我国产品召回制度的不足，通过与美国产品召回制度的对比，为完善我国的产品召回制度提出建议。%The United States is the world's first country to make the defective product recall system, and first applied in the car. Product recall system to the protection of consumers in the first place, since the establishment, gets broad attention and promoted step by step, a few developed countries, such as Britain and Japan, made the product recall system. This text set from the generalization of product recall system, discusses the necessity of establish a product recall system, the lack of product recall system in our country, compared with America's product recall system, provide some advice for the improvement of product recall system in China.
