在我国高等教育大力推行通识教育的改革中,高职院校进行相应的课程建设,培养适应社会发展的具备一定素质和能力的职业技能人才。以课程体系的构建和实施中,教师必须具备相应的核心能力才能担负起创设者和引导者的“主导”作用。本文结合高职教育中职业核心能力课程体系中师生的主体双向互动特征,对教师的核心能力进行系统、深入的研究。以期为教师发展提供优化价值的引导,有效地实现高职教育的核心能力培养目标。%In the reform of higher education in China vigorously promote the general education, the corresponding curriculum construction of higher vocational colleges, training to adapt to the social development have a certain quality and ability of occupation skill talents.
