石油工程技术专业的“传统学员制”--“现代学徒制”的技术技能型专门人才培养模式探究

摘要

This paper mainly discusses how to make full use of petroleum engineering technology specialty school practice room, the enterprise production conditions and the professional atmosphere to strengthen students' vocational skills and professional ethics training, university-enterprise cooperation deeply, with job training and skill training as the main content of the teaching activities, from the first year of the "students" (large theoretical knowledge learning) to the second and the third year of "the apprentice" (according to the different groups, employment direction for special skills to theory study and skill training), classify, targeted for talent training.%本文主要探讨石油工程技术专业如何充分利用学校的实习实训室，企业生产条件和职业氛围强化对学生的职业技能和职业道德培养，深层次地进行校企合作，以工作训练和技能培养作为教学活动的主要内容，从第一学年的“学员”(大班化理论知识学习)到第二、第三学年的“学徒”(根据不同的就业方向分组，进行专项技能的理论学习和技能培训)，分门别类地、有针对性地进行人才培养。
