思想政治教育工作视野下的211本科院校大学生志愿服务

摘要

College students’ volunteer service is the important carrier of ideological and political education, to make students in the process of social service, improve social responsibility, and improve their quality. However, the current management loose 211 colleges and universities of voluntary service organizations, the practical problems such as lacking funds etc, this article emphatically discussed to improve the college students volunteer service organization management level, strengthen personnel training and effective measures, to improve the ideological and political education of college students volunteer service activities.%大学生志愿服务是思想政治教育的重要载体，能够使学生在服务社会的过程中，提升社会责任感，并提高自身素养。然而当前211高校的志愿服务组织存在管理松散、资金缺乏等现实问题，本文着力探讨提高大学生志愿服务组织管理水平、加强人员培训等有效措施，以提升大学生志愿服务活动的思想政治教育价值。
