The social develops faster and faster, more and more rapid progress of science and technology, people's attention to higher vocational education is more and more significant, therefore, the country's investment in higher vocational education is also more and more. In the process of higher vocational education, the influence of the comprehensive quality of higher vocational col ege teachers is very serious, therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the continuing education of higher vocational college teachers[1].
