《不如归新剧本》的翻译与改编--以战争与家庭描写为中心

摘要

The Hototogisu, one of the few Shinpa dramas with an unabridged script, is the most performed Shinpa play of the Syunryusya, a modern Chinese drama society founded in Japan in the early 20th century. Ma Jiangshi’s New Script for Hototogisu was translated from the definitive edition of the script adapted by Yanagawa Shun’yō, but Ma adapted the original script slightly to fit stage performances. His adaptation, however, did not change the framework, scenes, plot, or most of the scripts of the original play. In Ma’s adaptation, the story took place in China and highlighted the issues of wars and families, which made it more suitable for the aesthetic habits and tastes of the Chinese people.%《不如归》是中国近代新剧团体春柳社上演次数最多的剧目，也是少数有完整剧本的新剧之一。马绛士的《不如归新剧本》译编自柳川春叶的《脚本不如归》，马绛士以舞台上演为目的对原作进行了适度的改编，他保留了原剧的框架、分场、情节与大部分的台词，在此基础上进行了细致的改写。马绛士在译编过程中不仅将故事的舞台置换到中国，而且着重对战争与家庭两方面进行改编，使剧本更适合中国观众的审美习惯与情趣。
