Wnt/JNK通路中效应因子在妇科肿瘤中的作用

摘要

Wnt信号传导通路包括经典的Wnt信号传导途径,Wnt/Ca2+途径和Wnt/JNK信号通路.Wnt信号通路在真核生物中是高度保守且最重要的信号途径之一.其广泛存在于动物发育过程中,包括细胞增殖不同阶段,细胞分化,极性和迁移,并且与胚胎发生密切相关.Wnt/JNK信号通路又称为细胞平面极性途径,非经典的Wnt信号传导途径,通过重排细胞骨架来调控细胞极性.Wnt/JNK信号通路中效应因子在不同的肿瘤细胞中的表达不同.大量实验证明,Wnt/JNK通路中的效应因子通过此通路在肿瘤中的侵袭,调控肿瘤细胞凋亡以及肿瘤治疗方面发挥重要作用.近年展开的Wnt/JNK通路研究,主要集中在对果蝇和脊椎动物为模型的研究,探讨其在胚胎形成时的作用.近年来研究发现Wnt/JNK中效应因子与妇科肿瘤的关系密切,并在不同妇科肿瘤中发挥不同的作用.就Wnt/JNK通路的信号传导途径,在肿瘤细胞中的作用机制及其在妇科肿瘤中的作用做一综述.%Wnt signaling pathway including:the classic Wnt signaling pathway,Wnt/Ca2+ pathway,Wnt/JNK signaling pathway. Wnt/JNK signaling pathway,also known as PCP pathway, non-classical Wnt signaling pathway,through the rearrangement of the cytoskeleton to regulate cell polarity, The effect of factors in Wnt / JNK signaling pathway express different role in different tumor cells. Experimental results demonstrate Wnt/JNK pathway in the effect factor through this pathway in tumor invasion, regulation of tumor cell apoptosis and playing an important role in cancer therapy. This article reviews literature about Wnt / JNK pathway in signal transduction pathway in the mechanism of tumor cells and its role in gynecological tumors.
