国际组织理论研究的合作模式探究--基于研究机构和研究者合作网络的分析

摘要

The advanced cooperation pattern is an important condition for theoretical research and development. This paper makes a metric study on international organization theory during 1990-2011 with the knowledge visualization techniques, analyzes the cooperation network of research institutions and researchers, and explores the characteristics and types of research and cooperative behaviors. It shows that there are four main types of cooperation in organization theory research, namely, the cooperation based on close geographical relationship of in-stitutions, the cooperation based on similar nature in research institutions, the cooperation based on research direction relevance and the co-operation for the convenience of theoretical innovation. Among them the research-oriented cooperation pattern seizes a dominant position, while the future development will be more inclined to the interdisciplinary cooperation mode, which provides a useful reference and inspira-tion for organization theory study in China.%　　先进的合作模式是理论研究与发展的重要条件。运用知识可视化技术，对1990-2011年期间国际组织理论相关文献进行计量研究，基于对研究机构合作网络和研究者合作网络的分析，探究研究合作行为发生的特征与类型。研究结果表明：基于研究机构地缘关系、基于研究机构属性亲近、基于研究方向关联性和基于理论创新便利性的合作模式为组织理论研究的四种主要合作类型。其中以研究方向为导向的合作研究占据主导地位，但未来发展将更倾向于跨学科、跨领域的创新合作模式，为我国组织理论研究提供有益的借鉴和启示。
