冷冻干燥法制备多孔陶瓷研究进展

冷冻干燥法作为一种制备多孔材料的技术在过去的十多年中发展迅速，尤其是通过此法制得的多孔陶瓷展现出独特的微观结构和优良的力学性能，引起了各国学者极大的研究兴趣，成为当前多孔陶瓷的一个研究热点。本文目的是回顾冷冻干燥技术的发展历史，详细介绍了冷冻干燥技术的基本原理、特点，工艺过程的影响因素，以及潜在应用，并指出了冷冻干燥法的发展趋势。%Freeze casting, a novel technique for ceramics achieving unique porous microstructures with excellent mechanical properties, progressed very quickly in the past decade and has become a very hot research field. The present review summarizes the freeze casting history and introduces the basic principles, characteristics, processing affecting factors, and potential applications. Furthermore, several perspectives are given in the end.
