基于西藏教师的认知特点和认知方式,运用问卷调查等方法,对西藏高校部分师范生进行了调查,并依据知识管理理论与技术,探求西藏双语教师多媒体教学中存在的问题,以及藏汉双语教师知识建构的机制与加工模型。%In this study, based on the characteristics and way of cognitive processing of Tibetan teachers, using the methods of questionnaire and interview, some Teachers and students in the University of Tibet were investigated. And based on the theory and technology of knowledge management, exploring the problems existing in multimedia teaching of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers and their knowledge construction mechanism and cognitive process-ing model.
