文章从金融的角度出发,应用主成分分析法,从经济带上9个省份1999~2013年间的19项金融指标数据中综合出了投入产出变量,客观地探究了丝绸之路经济带上的全要素生产率.研究表明:2008年之前的综合技术效率变动对TFP变动起主导作用,2008年之后的技术进步成为了促进各个省份金融发展的决定性因素.综合技术效率较低导致西北省区的金融效率整体上略逊于西南省区.%The revival of the Silk Road Economic Zone,depends on the understanding of the main provinces of the economic and fi-nancial development "past and present",based on this conception,starting from the financial point of view,based on 19 economic and financial index data from nine provinces in the period of 1999-2013,through principal component analysis extracted two input variables and one output variable,and then using the Malmquist-DEA to measure main provinces economy total factor productivity.The research shows that in 2008 as a watershed,the comprehensive technical efficiency change plays a leading role of TFP changes before 2008,and technological progress has become the decisive factor to promote the financial and economic development of each province after 2008.There is a convergence of similarity two provinces in economic development,but the difference is the lower of the comprehensive technical effi-ciency in the northwest provinces lead to economic and financial efficiency is inferior to the southwest provinces.Finally,the paper puts forward three policy recommendations:accelerate the pace of financial innovation,improve the traditional financial services,and gradually improve the quality of financial assets.
