谈中国律师业文化自觉的构建

近几年来，党和国家已把“民主和法治”提到发展战略上来，在加强律师队伍建设方面也迈出重要步伐，故建设先进而优秀的律师从业文化已成为迫在眉睫的任务。通过分析中国当前律师从业文化的现状与基本特征，阐述了律师从业文化的自觉与构建之必要性，以期能为律师从业文化的构建出谋划策，弘扬律师职业的本质属性。%Inrecentyears,thePartyandtheCountryhastakethe“democracyandtheruleoflawintothedevelopmentstrategy,andinthe strengtheningofbuildinglawyerscontingentshasalsomadeanimportantstep,sobuildinganadvancedandexcellentlawyerspracticingculturehasbecomeanurgenttask.Iintendtowritethisarticlefromthecurrentsituationandthebasiccharacteristicsoflawyerspracticingculturetoelaboratethenecessityoftheawarenessandtheconstitutionoflawyerspracticingculture,hopingtomakeacontributiontothebuildingofthelawyerspracticingcultureandcarryforwardthebasiccharacteristicsoflawyercarrier.
