略论湖州地方区域文化与湖州新农民培养以湖州广播电视大学为例

摘要

Regional culture in essence refers to the collection of long - reserved concepts,ways of thinking,temperaments and characters which is kept by the people living in a specific region.As a significant composition of ethnic culture,it experiences a long-standing develop-ment with the progressing of Chinese agricultural economy.The unique regional culture such as “inclusiveness and practicality”,“refinement and contentment”and “stressing arts over business”have far-reaching influences on the rural areas in Huzhou.Therefore,it is worth explo-ring the heritage and innovation of Huzhou regional culture,so as to exert its effectiveness to the cultivation of new-style farmers.%地方区域文化是民族文化的重要组成部分，一个地方的区域文化本质上就是这一区域的人们长期沿袭、积淀的思想观念、思维方式和气质品格的集合，随着中国农村农耕经济的发展而源远流长。湖州地方特有的“兼收并蓄”、“明体达用”、“儒雅恬淡”、“知足休闲”、“崇文淡商”等地方区域文化对湖州地区农村影响较为深远，传承创新湖州地方区域文化，发挥其在新农民培养中的作用，创新载体和方式是一个值得探索的课题。
