积极心理学视角下高校违纪学生教育帮扶机制探析

         

摘要

With the issuing of Ministry of Education Order No. 41, the revised Regulations on the Management of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities was announced. Under the guidance of the new regulations, exploring the education support of discipline-violating students is the realistic requirement of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It also embodies the comprehensiveness of "student-oriented" concept. Positive psychology promotes looking upon human potential and quality with a more open and appreciative vision, providing new visions for innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The theory of positive psychology is used to study the education support mechanism of students after violating discipline. Under the guidance of positive ideas the basic connotation is that the positive leadership of educational management in colleges and universities is fullly played, creating apositive campus culture, inspiring students' inner positive forces, guiding students to get a positive experience in action and reshaping their own personality quality. The specific construction of the support mechanism can start from three aspects:the team building, the menu of practice platform and home school interaction. Reshaping personality traits of discipline students is in line with the public expectations of delivering socialism qualified builders for social development by colleges and universities, and it also reflects the basic essence of the construction of socialist harmonious society.%教育部令第41号颁发,公布了修订后的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》,在新规精神指引下,探析违纪学生的教育帮扶是高校思想政治教育工作现实所需,更体现了"以生为本"的全面性.积极心理学提倡更加开放、欣赏的眼光去看待人的潜力和品质,为高校思想政治教育创新提供新视角,运用积极心理学理念研究学生违纪后的教育帮扶机制,其基本内涵是在积极理念的指引下,发挥高校教育管理者的积极引领,营造积极的校园文化,激发学生内在的积极力量,引导学生在行动中获得积极体验,并重塑自身的人格品质.帮扶机制的具体建构可以从帮扶队伍建设、菜单式实践平台、家校互动三方面着手.违纪学生的人格特质再次塑造,符合高校为社会发展输送社会主义合格建设者的公众期待,更体现了社会主义和谐社会建设的基本要义.
