银花泌炎灵片对产ESBLs大肠埃希菌体外抑菌活性研究

         

摘要

Objective To study the antibacterial effect of Yinhua Miyan Ling Tablet to ESBLs-producing E. Coli in vitro. Methods ESBLs-producing strains were screened and confirmed from 40 E. Coli clinical strains. K-B (Kirby-Bauer) diffusion method was used to detect the antibiotic resistance. The minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs) of Yinhua Miyan Ling Tablet to ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli and Escherichia coli ATCC25922、 ATCC35218 were determined by standard plate dilution method in vitro. Results 18 ESBLs-producing strains were confirmed among 40 clinical isolates(detection rate was 45.0%).All ESBLs-producing strains were multiple resistant strains.The resistance rates to ampicillin, cefazolin, piperacillin, cefuroxime axetil and cefaclor were more than 90%. The resistance rates to imipenem, piperacillin/tazobactam, amikacin, amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, cefepime, and cefoxitin were lower, in less than 30%. The MIC of Yinhua Miyan Ling Tablet to ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli clinical stains and standard control strains ATCC25922 and ATCC35218 were all between 200mg/mL-100mg/mL. And there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Yinhua Miyan Ling Tablet has a strong antibacterial activity to extended- spectrum P -lactamases-producing E-coli in vitro.%目的 研究中药制剂银花泌炎灵片对产ESBLs大肠埃希菌的抑菌活性.方法 对40株大肠埃希菌临床株进行产ESBLs表型筛选和确认,采用K-B (Kirby-Bauer)纸片扩散法进行药敏实验,采用2倍平板稀释法测定银花泌炎灵片对产ESBLs大肠埃希菌的体外最低抑菌浓度(MIC).结果 在40株大肠埃希菌临床分离株中检出产ESBLs菌株18株(检出率45.0%),所有产ESBLs株均为多重耐药菌株,对氨苄西林、头孢唑啉、哌拉西林、头孢呋辛酯、复方新诺明、头孢克洛的耐药率均超过90%,对亚胺培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦,阿米卡星、阿莫西林/克拉维酸、头孢吡肟及头孢西丁的耐药率较低,均在30%以下.银花泌炎灵片对产ESBLs大肠埃希菌临床株及质控对照株ATCC25922和ATCC35218的MIC均为200mg/mL~100 mg/mL,抑菌活性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 银花泌炎灵片对产ESBLs大肠埃希菌具有较强的体外抑菌作用.
