浅谈火炬气螺杆压缩机胶状物的影响

火炬气回收压缩机是石油化工企业火炬气平衡的关键设备, 压缩机系统运行中会产生大量胶状物, 堵塞管路、冷却器、过滤器, 严重影响压缩机的运行. 通过对火炬气来源进行溯源、比对、试验, 确定焦化装置掺炼浮渣易造成火炬气携带焦粉、胶质和沥青质等杂质影响火炬气回收压缩机正常运行.%The torch gas recovery compressor is the key equipment for the balance of torch gas in petrochemical enterprises. A large amount of colloid is produced in the operation of compressor system in North torch post of Changling branch. It blocks pipes, coolers and filters, which seriously affect the operation of compressors. The source of the torch gas is traced, compared and tested. It is determined that the coking unit mixing scum is easy to cause the torch gas to carry coke powder, colloid and asphaltine and other impurities, which affect the normal operation of the torch gas recovery compressor, so analysis and summary are used for reference.
