从英汉思维方式差异对比谈翻译教学

             

摘要

思维支配语言,语言反映思维。基于此,有必要从英汉思维差异入手,透视两种不同的思维方式在英汉两种语言中的不同表现,并提出在翻译教学应培养学生重视英汉思维差异的意识,帮助其提高翻译能力。%The mode of thinking and language are interactive-the former dominates the latter while the latter is the reflection of the former. By exploring the differences of the two modes of thinking English-Chinese and their corresponding reflections on the two languages, this article proposes that it is vital to emphasize the comparisons and contrasts between these two modes of thinking in translation teaching, thus helping students to develop a sense of differences of the modes of thinking English-Chinese and improve their abilities in translation.
