高校法律基础教育的价值偏差及其对策

摘要

目前高校的法律基础教育不仅忽略了教学对象的法律需求，也造成了自身的严重价值偏差。要改变这样的困境，必须对法律教育的价值进行反思，构建以法制教育为中心、以素质教育为导向的法律基础教育的价值体系，才能真正发挥法律基础教育的目的。%The present legal education has not only overlooked the teaching objects＇ needs, but also caused their serious value deviation. To change this situation, we must self-examine the value of legal education and construct a legal education system centering on legal education under the guidance of quality education so as to achieve the aim of legal education.
