论专业化背景下高校教师信息素养及其培养

摘要

Information literacy is an important part of people’s integrated ability, and the teachers’professional-ization requires that university teachers have good information quality. The paper elucidates information awareness, information knowledge, and information capacity and morality from the perspective of teachers’professionalization, and proposes some suggestions and strategies aimed at cultivation of university teachers’information quality under the background of teachers’professionalization.%　　信息素养是信息社会中人的综合能力的重要组成部分，教师专业化的发展要求高校教师必须具备良好的信息素养。从教师专业化的角度出发，对高校教师信息素养的信息意识、信息知识、信息能力和信息道德进行阐述，并针对教师专业化背景下高校教师信息素养的培养提出了一些策略建议。
