The formulation and issue of the“National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Devel-opment Plan”provides the development direction and goal of the education in the next ten years. For primary educa-tion major, its significance is irreplaceable. Base on the guidance of the“Plan”, the primary education major must make reform from the aspects of professional goals, course setting, training mode, etc.%《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》的制定和颁布，指导了在今后十年内各项教育事业的发展方向和目标，对于小学教育专业来说，其指导意义也是无可替代的。在《纲要》的指导下，小学教育专业必须从专业目标、课程设置和培养方式等方面作出相应改革。
