论高校学生干部的素质提升

摘要

Student cadres in universities are the organizers of university students’ self-education, management and servicing but also the important supporting force of university education and achieving the personnel training goals. In the processing of training students cadres, it is proposed that they should have the basic qualities of university students as well as the quality of political, the quality of team, the quality of professional qualifications and the quality of leadership. And the thesis also brings up the way of improving these qualities.%　　高校学生干部既是大学生自我教育、管理和服务的组织者，也是高校进行教育教学，实现人才培养目标的重要依靠力量。在学生干部培养过程中，既要提出他们在具备大学生应有的基本素质的基础之上还应提出思想政治素质、团队素质、职业素质和领袖素质等四种素质要求，还应探索出提升这四种素质的具体路径和方法。
